Avorela is a pre-launch product. This page explains what data we collect through this website and the waiting list, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.

01Who is the controller

The controller of your personal data is the team behind Avorela (the “we” on this page). You can reach us any time at hello@avorela.com.

02What we collect from the waiting list

Your email address, and your first name if you choose to enter it. Nothing else is required.

Purpose: to email you when early access opens and, occasionally, short pre-launch updates about Avorela.

Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your record, and at the latest 24 months after launch.

03Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic — pages viewed, referrers, approximate region, device type and whether the waitlist form was submitted.

Before you accept cookies, analytics runs in Google Consent Mode with storage denied: no analytics or advertising cookies are written and only anonymous, aggregated signals are sent. IP addresses are truncated and we do not use the data for advertising or profiling.

After you accept, Google Analytics stores its `_ga` cookies so returning visits can be recognised. You can withdraw this at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

04Cookies we use

Essential — `nest-lang` (your language choice) and `nest-consent` (your cookie decision). Stored in your browser, up to 12 months, no consent needed.

Analytics — `_ga`, `_ga_*` (Google Analytics, up to 24 months). Set only after you accept.

We use no advertising, retargeting or social media cookies.

05Who we share data with

Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics) and our email delivery provider, both acting as processors. We never sell your data. Some processing may take place outside the EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

06Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@avorela.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
